After working for several years in the events industry, I became tired of waking up at ridiculous hours and travelling all over the country. Whilst at the events, I ate from many mobile food vans mostly serving up rather unappetising overpriced burgers and chips. As a keen cook and huge pie lover, I decided to quit my job and start my own catering company serving handmade, free range pies from a British built Airstream style trailer.

 

We make all the pies (and pastry) ourselves using only free range meat and eggs to ensure the highest level of quality and flavour. We select all of our ingredients for their great taste and provenance and of course for your health and well being too. Our Food contains no preservatives or added extra nasty chemicals and where possible, we try to source everything from Great Britain.
